I loved the stunning views from my spacious Superior Double Room Terrace, where I could admire the beautiful Santa Barbara Castle right from my balcony. The location was perfect for exploring local shops, cafés, and nearby attractions. This spot is wicked nice. The staff were super friendly and went the extra mile for us. Moved us from the 6th to 3rd floor no problem. Views from the roof terrace? Just breathtaking! Everything’s close—the old town, the beach—perfect for exploring. Showers were solid.

great location but service needs improvement
The hotel is in a central courtyard with easy access to both the beach and the old town. The fifth floor room offered an incredible view of the Cathedral and mountains, which made our stay special. Every day, returning to our room felt like stepping into a new, pristine haven. the cleanliness was exceptional. I also appreciated that the room was modern and spacious, creating a comfortable atmosphere for our week-long stay.
However, the service could be more attentive to guest needs, as we experienced some delays.

staying at eurostars was great. the location on the plaza was amazing, with views of the santa barbara castle. we even got to see the easter celebration right from our room! the staff were friendly and very helpful, making our stay enjoyable. we also loved the fitness center, which was a nice plus to unwind after a day of exploring.
